Support Worker – Male (Casual/Subcontractor)

Pay Rate: $32 – $33 per hour
Are you a caring, reliable, and motivated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Advanced Disability and Aged Care is seeking a male support worker to join our dedicated team in the Northern Beaches area.
About the Role:
We provide high-quality support services to individuals living with disability and older Australians. This role involves assisting clients to live independently and comfortably while promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Support clients in achieving their goals and independence
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
What We Offer:

About You:
- Must be male (due to client preference)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Experience working with clients who have mental health needs
- Previous experience in disability or aged care support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain)
