**About the role**
Reporting to the Organisational Capability Manager within the team, the Capability Program Lead is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing programs aimed at improving and enhancing the skills, knowledge and capabilities of employees and specific teams within LXRP.
This role plays a critical part in achieving the organization's strategic goals by ensuring that its workforce is able to successfully deliver its’ projects
In this role, you will find yourself:
- Managing existing capability frameworks as well as developing and delivering new ones.
- Leading and managing the curriculum that supports the development of skills aligned to the capability frameworks.
- Supporting organisational change efforts by addressing capability gaps in teams
We like to work together when it makes sense, so when working from the office you will find yourself in workshops, brainstorms, and real life catch ups with people as you build rapport with your key stakeholders across the business and within the industry.
You will be part of a team lead by Dino Esmaquel (Organisational Capability Manager) who prides himself on servant leadership, being a sounding board for his team and supporting you to lead your own work as well as leading others to deliver. Dino values ideas, improvement suggestions and new ways of doing things - you will learn a lot from him
At LXRP we embrace and encourage flexibility, we work in a hybrid capacity, so you will work a mix of office and home. Our team typically works 2 days from the office with Wednesdays being their anchor day. Our office is based in the Melbourne CBD, and the office environment is lively, collaborative, and exciting.
This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $106,534 and $128,897 + superannuation.
**About you**
You are someone that is passionate about learning, growing, and developing yourself professionally and you thrive on helping others do the same. You are experienced in adult learning principles and confident working with competency frameworks. You are comfortable managing your own work as well as leading others.
Let’s get technical - what skills do we expect you to have?
- Strong program management skills and possess a pragmatic approach to managing resources effectively.
- Strong expertise and previous experience in program design and developing learning curriculum at scale. Also some experience delivering programs yourself.
- Previous experience managing external partners/suppliers.
- Familiarity with utilising collaboration/learning tools/technology platforms.
Although not mandatory, it would be advantageous if you had the following.
- Leadership and people management experience.
- Procurement experience.
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development.
