Are you a passionate UX Web Designer looking to join an innovative tech company? Launch Tech Australia, a leading provider of automotive service equipment, is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Minchinbury, NSW. As a full-time UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products and services, contributing to the success of our business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer's needs and behaviours.
- Translate findings into actionable design solutions that meet user needs aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure feasible and accurate implementation.
- Work closely with the management team and contribute to strategies that ensure the product launch to market is communicated and understood widely by all stakeholders.
- Provide specialist UX and design capability to support the evolution of the digital experiences to deliver consistent brand expression and exceptional user experiences.
- Plan and conduct user research and/or usability testing, analyse the results and implement improvements.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CRO and SEO best practice is built into website developments, transitions and enhancements.
- Maintain website design guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback.

**What we're looking for**
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic or digital design along with experience within a UX/UI Design or similar role profile
- Proficiency in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with stakeholders
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a desire to grow with our company
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, interaction and UI design.
- Ability to conduct and analyse user research and usability testing for insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
- Expert knowledge of modern design and collaboration software tools (Figma, Miro, Jira, MS 360, Confluence, Google suite, etc) and the willingness to adopt new tools as needed.
- Proficiency in maintaining and working with complex design/component libraries.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
