**Your new role**
Operate forklift
Safely operate waste processing plant & equipment
Sample and treat waste chemicals as directed and/or required
Prepare and document waste chemicals to be removed from site
Document processing of waste chemicals
Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
For the right person, the position may lead to further opportunities within Cleanaway’s technical (chemistry) stream

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience & knowledge of safe chemical handling highly regarded
Physically fit & prepared to work outdoors (the role requires manual lifting)
Competent in verbal, written & numerical communication - ability to understand complex labelling & complete forms
Ability to liaise well with customers
Willingness to obtain forklift licence and/or other heavy vehicle licences as part of your new job
