**Your new role**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing industry leading marketing communications in response to opportunities identified by the Strategy Manager or Stakeholder. This work will be focussed on supporting Business Growth initiatives and your role will be centred around coordination of the marketing activities and proactively managing content updates and other marketing communication collateral optimisations, ensuring assets are kept up to date, on brand and compliant.

As Marketing Communications Coordinator supporting the needs of the New Business team, you will help to develop assets such asnew business proposals, tenders, PowerPoint presentations, word documents and templates. You will work with colleagues across Brand and Marketing Communications and Member Experience Communications to ensure marketing communication assets are consistent across the board from the audience perspective, and look for efficiencies across work programs where possible.

**What you’ll need**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications or related discipline
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, yet strategically minded
- The ability to manage multiple projects, pressing timelines and some ambiguity with ease
- The ability to convert technical concepts into plain language and put the customer first
