**About the role**

This is your opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team within the Teaching Standards and Accreditation Directorate at NESA. You’ll play a key role in ensuring teachers and stakeholders have the information, support, and data they need to engage with teacher accreditation confidently and efficiently.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Providing high-quality administrative support, including managing correspondence, coordinating events and maintaining records.
- Processing bookings, purchases and other routine financial tasks for directorate meetings and presentations.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in internal systems, including NESA’s CRM.
- Supporting multiple administrative activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and records management systems.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to administration, with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the directorate.
- Flexibility to work a hybrid pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
