**THE ROLE**

As a Residential Draftsperson at the Campbell Property Group, you will play a crucial role in our drafting team, where you will be responsible for creating architectural drawings for our clients. In addition to your drafting duties, you will provide valuable support to our sales team. This full-time position offers not only the chance to excel in your role but also opportunities for career progression and ongoing development within our division. **Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:

- Produce architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with our sales team to understand and meet client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
- Utilise your proficiency in Revit to create accurate and professional drawings.
- Provide support to the drafting team and contribute to the overall success of the division.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry.
- Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting as a minimum OR Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Sound knowledge of Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
