We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Draftsperson to join our team with Clarendon Homes. Clarendon Homes is one of the businesses within the Campbell Property Group, a well established Australian-owned, residential builder renowned for our passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes.

What will you be responsible for?

Your day to day could look like:

  • Produce architectural drawings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand and meet client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
  • Utilise your proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and professional drawings.
  • Provide support to the drafting team and contribute to the overall success of the division.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Experience with Revit would be beneficial.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Australian drafting experience in the residential industry.
  • Certificate IV in Architectural Drafting as a minimum OR Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting
  • High Proficiency in Revit is essential. (AutoCAD is a benefit)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Codes, relevant Australian standards, and design guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
