Draftperson

Your Home Kitchens is an in-house design team who works for a reputable builder designing Kitchen Layouts, Wet Rooms & other Joinery for the last 25+ years. An exciting opportunity is now available for a Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience in cabinet making and be confident in working closely with our design team.  If this sounds like you, this may be the right job:

Requirements

• Experience with Cabinet Vision software essential
• You're precise, accurate and extremely organised
• You have confident communication skills and have a professional demeanour, as liaison with designers & project builders will be required
• Knowledge of hardware and materials specific to the trade
• You can read and interpret plans and architectural drawings, tenders & colour selections from builder
• Trade based or trade related experience, with emphasis on Kitchen & Joinery manufacturing and installation experience required

• Debriefing jobs with designers
• Communicate with clients, designers & builder providing project specific information
• Ability to confidently problem-solve, complete detailed accurate drawings and manage multiple projects and varied client requirements.
