Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an inviting and beautiful environment.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and showcase the Luxo Living brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering product expertise and support.
- Ensure showroom presentation meets company standards, with a focus on visual merchandising.
- Analyse sales data, report on performance, and identify areas for growth.
- Work closely with Marketing and Promotions teams to support showroom events and promotions.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience in showroom or retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills to inspire and support team members.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Visual merchandising experience will be highly preferred.
- Availability to work on Saturdays is required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
