I am partnering with a well-regarded and innovative financial services company to engage a Learning Design Consultant to provide microlearning solutions in an agile environment.

You will thrive in a fast paced, quick turnaround and agile working environment.

**Your Resp**ons**ibilities**:

- Design and develop microlearning content that is effective and engaging
- Advice on the best microlearning intervention and best practices
- Create Infographics, QRG, Short Videos, some elearning
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that microlearning solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy

**Your Background**:

- You understand business acumen
- Professional experience in microlearning developmentKnowledge of banking processes and regulations (beneficial)
- Comfortable with the use of a broad range of L&D tools such as Camtasia, Canva, SupportPoint and others
