The Property Team comprises the Executive General Manager Property and 10 full time staff who are responsible for the development, management and growth of AAL’s extensive and diverse property portfolio, located at Adelaide and Parafield Airports.

**About the role**:
As the Executive Assistant and Property Team Coordinator in the Property department, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency within the growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the Executive General Manager Property (EGMP) and the wider team. You will manage a wide range of administrative duties including preparing board reports and submissions, processing legal documents and providing support across the team’s financial and property management systems and processes.

You will be a key point of contact for the Property team across the AAL business and externally and your ability to act on enquiries promptly will be crucial. Additionally, your role will also involve developing and maintaining internal processes that enhance productivity within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive, proactive, and confidential support to the Executive General Manager Property (EGMP) and Property Team.
- Manage and support the administrative activities of the EGMP and wider team including day to day corporate, financial and property management processes as well as project delivery, and day-to-day liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the processing and execution of legal and contractual documentation, including liaison with AAL’s internal and external advisers.
- Assist the team to grow satisfaction levels across the managed portfolio by ensuring a high-level of customer service is provided.
- Attend and/or represent the Property Team across the wider business at cross functional meetings.
- Assist with budget managements, including bank receipting and invoice management using Technology One.
- Develop, establish, and maintain internal processes and policies for the Property team.

**Skills and background**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Team/Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Assistant Property Manager, you will bring valuable industry insights to the team.
- Knowledge and experience from the property industry would be advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or administration.
- High proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Excellent relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting senior and executive staff members.
- Demonstrable “can do” approach, willingness to learn and problem solving capabilities.
