**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Manager of Studies and Projects your major responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Leads and manages a project Document Management team to analyse, recommend, map and implement information and documentation work processes and data flows through to full customer turnover on multiple studies and projects.
- Works with Project teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure procedures and work processes are delivering the level of information required.
- Leads the training, implementation, assessments and improvements associated with Document Management in an Aconex environment.
- Develops metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and prepares monthly progress reports for Management teams to report performance against expectations.
- Establishes procedures and work instructions for document development, distribution and retention. Reviews and provides ongoing implementation, development and improvement of workflow processes.
- Creates quality monitoring methods and processes to monitor data entry accuracy.
- Interfaces with internal and external customers on a routine basis.
- Establishes records formats as required by contract and storage requirements/methods.
- Coordinates development of study and project turnover and archival plan.

**About you**

The Document Management Lead role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and technical skills. Some key attributes you bring to this role include:

- Either a recognized degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management or related field from an accredited college or university and solid experience; OR: relevant, demonstrated industry experience, combined with educational training or specialised courses in Document Management, Records and Information Management systems or other related certification, in lieu of a degree.
- Bechtel Document Management or similar EPC experience is desirable.
- Proficiency and experience in project document management, including procedural work, customer interfaces and records management.
- Experience in the training and supervision of personnel.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost management.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Bechtel or EPC industry and regulatory standards for record keeping.
- Working knowledge of computer programs for records tracking, archival, retention, and storage.
- Familiarity with quality assurance programs
