**Job Introduction**

We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Assistant Cleaning Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

**No Cleaning experience is required**

**Role Responsibility**
- Liaise daily with Cleaning Manager on all site and staff matters
- Following up on clients’ business communications, ordering and billing and tracking the organisation’s expenditure
- Invoicing clients, collecting company data and negotiating agreements with internal and external stakeholders
- Educating clients about company products and services and how to make a purchase
- Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies and procedures
- Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality and cost control
- Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site including communicating on a regular basis so that team goals can be achieved
- Have basic knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals
- Support the identification of training needs and ensure accurate site records are maintained at all times
- Ensure that the Supervisors have appropriate assistance as required. You may be expected undertake any cleaning tasks as required
- Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Cleaning Manager
- Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Self-motivation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.08 - $35.00 per hour
