**The Role**

This is a key role within our company and is responsible for ensuring that the company continues to deliver outstanding levels of service to our customers whilst utilising opportunities to increase the sales revenue across the state.

You will be a key member of the team and you will be responsible for the following:

- Responsible for running the day to day business and the operational management of the cleaning division in the region, including;Managing a large, remote team of subcontractors and employees
- Daily liaison with the customer base
- Problem solving
- Implementation of new operational strategies
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our key accounts in the region

**The Person**

You will be highly motivated with a very positive outlook and be keen to be part of this successful team. You are a clear and concise thinker and communicator with solid problem solving and influencing skills.

You have significant experience in the commercial cleaning market and will have managed teams of employees, and sub-contractors in the past.

You will possess a well-developed operational focus gained in the commercial cleaning industry or simular, including walk through inspections, ad hoc pricing, staff rostering, managing payroll and ready to offer assistance with tender preparations when required.

To execute the duties of this position, planned travel in the region is required.
- Excellent time keeping, organisation, planning and scheduling skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Self-motivation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.08 - $30.00 per hour
