**Trainer and Assessor**

At the Australian Trade Training College, we believe trades are the backbone of our society and we’re on a mission to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their trade careers.

If you enjoy a diverse role with plenty of variation, working on and off site, this could be the role for you Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students.

We are seeking Trainers and Assessors who can deliver any of the following disciplines:

- Confined Spaces
- Heights
- Gas Test
- Breathing Apparatus
- Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC)
- hainsaw Operations
- Load Restraint
- EWP
- Health and Safety Representatives (HSR)
- Forklift
- onstruction Induction
- First Aid

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Deliver quality training that will improve the outcomes of our students and clients in the above disciplines
- ontribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Working in a team of trainers/assessors to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training courses
- Maintain a high level of compliance

**What you will bring**
- TO training experience and Trade qualification/s in a relevant industry
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
- Hold current statements of attainment for the class of licence/unit of competency in which training will be delivered
- Have proven current industry knowledge of 3 to 5 years in the discipline delivered
- Ability to engage, inspire and support students throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reasonable level of computer skills
