We are seeking Trainers and Assessors to deliver:

- Certificate II in Horticulture
- ACDC
- Chainsaw

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and assessment up to Certificate II qualification level in Horticulture both on and off site
- Develop effective working relationships with Trainees and Employers whilst mentoring and training in the workplace
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Monitor Trainee training plans and ensure timely progression of our Students through the Traineeship
- Independently plan worksite visits and onsite training with Trainees
- Maintain a high level of compliance

**What you will bring**
- RTO training experience and Trade qualification/s in a relevant industry
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Ability to engage, inspire and support Trainees throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reasonable level of computer skills
