In this fast-paced environment you will be **taking ownership** of the **product pipeline** for this fast-growing, **modern Australian brand**. From bringing fresh ideas to the table through to **product creation**, you will be supporting the **NPD team** and other **key internal stakeholders** to create high performing products that have** customer experience **at the heart. You will be a champion of continual improvement in the **NPD function**, as you keep an eye on **sustainability, quality control, compliance and regulatory requirements** surrounding the **SKUs**. A blue-sky thinker, your aim in this role will be to take this brand to new heights as you nurture ideas for products in** new and exciting categories**.

You are a **true beauty and skincare fanatic** with a love for the sector that goes beyond the day job. A **determined** and **driven** individual, you will do whatever it takes to ensure that outstanding products reach shelves. Using your **process-oriented methodology** you will have a knack for **problem-solving** and **continually improving existing processes** to enable further growth. Your **extensive experience** in skin care or colour cosmetics **product formulation** and **quick-moving senior NPD roles** will empower you to deliver outcomes in an innovative and timely manner.
