Coomera, Australia Quarterdeck Kitchen & Bar Full time

We are seeking an experienced barista, waiter, FoH all-rounder to join the team here at Quarterdeck Kitchen & Bar overlooking a beautiful marina in Coomera. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality superstar to take on a 5-15 hour per week casual role for shifts during the week and over the weekend.

The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic about providing top class service and have experience as a barista and/or waiter. RSA required.

The successful applicant will enjoy;
Casual Restaurant Industry Award Rates based on age and skill level (eg. for 21yo+ with an RSA - $27.15 /hr weekdays, $32.58 /hr weekends + Super)
Work in an established restaurant with job security, longevity and opportunities for professional development
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience working in fast-paced, busy cafes and restaurants
- Have experience in sectioned table service restaurants and understand the value of service
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, coffee and food and ability to pair and sell confidently
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to motivate the team around them
- Be organised with exceptional time management skills and acute attention to detail
- Experience as a barista, bartender and with events will be looked upon favourably

Pay: $27.15 - $32.58 per hour

- Afternoon shift

- Shift work
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coomera, QLD 4209: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
