**We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team at Victoria University (VU)**

**Salary**:$110,100 - $123,987 per annum + 17% employer superannuation
**Hours per week**:Full time (36.75 hours per week)
**Contract**:Fixed-term (parental leave backfill)
**Location**:Footscray Park Campus

**About the role**:
The Marketing Manager position is pivotal to the overarching success of Victoria University from a brand awareness, reputation and student recruitment perspective.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact multichannel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on school leaver audiences, social media strategy, and college-specific marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the university and lead external agency partners to drive brand awareness and student recruitment.

The role leads the development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of marketing initiatives and student recruitment campaigns across the whole of Victoria University with a particular focus on the School Leaver audience and social media. The role has one direct report along with cross-functional support within the team.

- Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoy leading a diverse range of marketing initiativesHave a positive, can-do mindset
