About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will design and deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, interest and sales across our commercial services. You'll contribute to our Growth Strategy, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities to strengthen our market position.

Your work will include developing always-on and signature campaigns, creating multimedia content, and maintaining performance marketing programs across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google, Meta and LinkedIn. You'll manage digital channels including our website and social media, and collaborate with product experts to tailor marketing plans that support growth across services. Leveraging the expertise of creative, media and digital agencies, you'll ensure our brand and communications remain impactful, compliant and engaging for diverse audiences.

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, customer experience design or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience marketing professional or financial services
  • Demonstrated success delivering effective campaigns within budgets and timeframes
  • Strong capability using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WordPress
  • Experience developing communications across both traditional and digital mediums
  • Ability to present complex financial and legal topics in ways diverse audiences can understand
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capability
