This is a highly respected financial services organisation based in North Ryde. Locally owned and operated, with a strategic outlook and customer focus - they have a collaborative working environment based on strong values.

**Position**
In this role you will be engaging with customers and members to ensure their needs are being met. You will be involved with opening new accounts, overseeing card and payment transactions, daily remittance monitoring and balancing, investigating fraud and discrepancies, responding to queries and ensuring an effective delivery of all services. You will also have the chance to be part of projects to enhance processes and implement new systems as required to adhere with evolving legislation.

**Profile**
You will be coming from a banking or financial services institution. Ideally you will hold relevant ASIC qualifications. You will have excellent customer service experience, superior communication skills, system/IT exposure and a high attention to detail.

**Benefits**
Permanent role
Salary in the region of $65,000 per annum (plus super), plus Bonus.
