Founded in 1976, Ian Sharp has been delighting customers with fine diamond rings and jewellery that last a lifetime. As masters of both classic and contemporary diamond jewellery pieces, the Ian Sharp team specialises in custom designs that are as unique as their individual wearers.

Our team is close and loyal, innovative and dedicated, working hard to achieve our shared goals. This role is for part-time or full-time working with us were we have a workshop and showroom.

**The Role**
We are offering a wonderful opportunity for a skilled and seasoned jeweller to join our team. You will be responsible for some design, and the creation and production of jewellery pieces for our clients. You will need exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail in order to maintain our brand's reputation for excellence. You will also be required to service and repair customer’s jewellery pieces. At times you may also be required to serve clients in the show room.

**You will have**:

- Extensive experience in all setting techniques, setting centre stones and engagement rings
- A demonstrated expertise in creating intricate and high-quality jewellery pieces
- Experience with production jewellery and jewellery manufacturing
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- An in-depth knowledge of jewellery-making techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to craftsmanship
- Expertise in working with precious metals, diamonds, and coloured stones
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with staff members
- The flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and responsibilities
- Experience in performing and troubleshooting setting repairs, showcasing problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using jewellery design and production software, is an advantage

If you are a recent apprentice graduate and have some experience you could also apply, however you will need all the basic skills.
