**What You Will Be Doing**

The After Hours RiSCE Consultant role provides consultancy, engage and support clinical staff to deliver safe care to patients and consumers; and provide a safe environment for visitors and staff across Peninsula Health sites. It has a focus on embedding the principles of the You First Safety Campaign, to ensure that the workplace environment is proactively working towards minimising the risks of occupational violence and aggression (OVA).
With the support of the RiSCE Coordinator, provide opportunities for education, training and service improvement initiatives. The position requires leadership within the organisation in OVA action planning, daily safety huddle attendance and staff support post incident

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional holding current registration with AHPRA.
- Post basic qualifications in mental health or relevant equivalent.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Demonstrated competence in data management and report writing
