About the role
Reporting to the Range & Space Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising retail shelf space, right product assortment, and enhancing store layouts to maximise sales and satisfied guest experience. You will collaborate and work closely with merchandising and category teams to execute space planning strategies across our national network.

Your contributions
- Develop and implement space planning strategies to enhance product visibility and sales
- Design and maintain planograms, ensuring compliance with category merchandising principles and store-specific needs
- Utilize sales data, customer trends and performance metrics to refine space allocations and decisions
- Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders to align planning activity with overall business goals
- Assess and refine store layouts, making data driven decisions to improve shopping experience
- Ensure all activities implemented in our business adhere to guidelines and operational standards

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Two plus years of experience in space planning (Planogram) or category management is preferred
- Proficiency in space planning software - Blue Yonder
- Presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated self-starter as well as collaborative team player.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, structured thinking, and approach
- An ability to work autonomously and achieve great results.
