**About the Role: Workforce Planner**

**Who are We?**

We’re a Melbourne-based, family-owned company with state-of-the-art Early Learning Centres located across Melbourne. We offer premium quality early education and care for children aged between six weeks and six years of age, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. Our Centres work closely with our Southbank Support Office, ensuring seamless daily operations for both families and our people.

**About the Role**:

- Part-time opportunity, minimum four days per week or 25-30 hours (negotiable) - perfect school hours
- Work in a close-knit team of three.
- Collaborate with Centre Directors to identify and address staffing gaps and identify requirements based on data-based forecasts.
- Drive efficiency and compliance through generating weekly rosters for our Centres in line with budgets.
- Produce KPI data and analyse results.
- Support implementation of new systems and processes.
- Management of our casual staff pool.

**Skills, Experience, and Know-How**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary. In other words, we’re looking for someone with a friendly, approachable nature.
- Experience in a similar role is a must
- Prior experience using workforce management systems required.
- High-level organisational skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data, create pivot tables, and understand advanced formulas.
