As a Learning and Development Specialist you will enjoy making a difference by shaping the future of employee growth and development. If you are a skilled professional who can design and implement innovative e-learning initiatives that align with our clients’ strategic goals, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive e-learning programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, and continuously improve the learning materials and delivery methods.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and incorporate them into the development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-learning initiatives within the organization.
