As a Data Science and Analytics Consultant at DSG Australia, you will work with clients to design their AI processes and governance procedures, develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges, provide strategic guidance on leveraging data and machine learning technologies to drive business outcomes, and design and implement data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and objectives and design data-driven solutions to address them.
Provide clients with strategic guidance and leadership on varied data science and analytics topics. This includes leveraging data to drive growth and competitive advantage while reducing operational risk through disciplined AI processes and governance procedures.
Lead end-to-end data science and analytics projects, including problem definition, data preparation modelling, and deployment.
Build predictive models, conduct statistical analysis, and design experiments to derive insights and inform business decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modelling.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with databases and SQL or other data storage technologies.
Experience in delivering ML models into production environments.
Proven ability to lead data science projects and deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of corporate AI processes and governance procedures.
Passionate about the potential of AI and its business implications.
A growth mindset in your approach to your work and career.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Located in Melbourne and eligible to work in Australia.
