A fantastic opportunity has become available at LJ Hooker Nowra for a well presented and customer focused individual to join our supportive and close-knit team.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer telephone and handle enquiries
- Meet and Greet Clients
- Providing administrative and clerical support to Sales and Property Management departments
- Data Entry
- Prepare landlord, tenant and sales packs
- Assisting with the preparation of office documentation
- Maintain office/staff supplies
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- Carry out office administration including reception, mail, filing
- Other tasks as directed
- Monday to Friday Work
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
**Experience**:
Previous reception or Real Estate experience is not required. We are seeking someone with a great personality, someone who is cheerful and welcoming.
**Skills**:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills & Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Well presented
- Very reliable and always on time
- Training and assistance will be provided Inhouse
**Salary**: $41,270.22 - $72,742.77 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- NOWRA, NSW 2541: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
