**Description**:
We are looking for a confident, motivated and energetic person to welcome (meet & greet) and farewell our customers in a flexible and authentic style appropriate for each of our varied customers predominately communicating ‘care’. This demonstrates exceptional people skills and is very active in execution.
The reception welcoming and farewelling would also involve signing in our customers and providing information as required to help them manage their journey in our venue(s).
As well as welcoming and farewelling, you will also be responsible for performing various support tasks, such as answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls and member related administrative tasks.
This role reports to the Support Services Manager, and when on shift, to the Customer Service Manager.
You will need to have a demonstrated strong focus on customer needs identification and appropriate assertiveness skills. Strong attention to detail and follow through is essential in this multi-faceted role.

- Knowledge or previous Club experience with respect to the Liquor Act will be an advantage

- Answering & redirecting incoming calls
- Processing of memberships & payments
- Updating booking platforms with customer details
This position will be open to either full-time or part-time across week days and/or weekends.
