Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset, and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**

As the **Deep Maintenance Lead**for the KC-30A platform, you will be required to ensure compliance to technical regulations as the Maintenance Release Authority.

As a proven people manager, you will be responsible for the welfare, performance, and priorities of our highly skilled aircraft maintenance personnel. You will also:

- Managed Technical matters through the development and/or implementation of recovery plans and strategies
- Managed allocated teams and resources to deliver serviceable aircraft on time and within budget
- Independently managed line and base maintenance work packages and manage and supervise workforce during RAAF Part 145 maintenance events.

**About You**

As an experience Maintenance leader, you will have previously.
- Lead and managed personnel ensuring that administrative requirements are met in line with quality, safety, and company policies.
- Maintaining compliance, task card review and signatory of release from Deeper Maintenance
- Performed, supervised, and certified maintenance tasks and Independent Maintenance Inspections as a CASA/DASA B1 or B2 License holder
- Had experience as a transport category aircraft maintenance supervisor in a heavy/deep/base maintenance environment

**You will also hold a current**
- CASA/DASA Issued B1 or B2 License
- CASA/DASA Category C License
- A330 _or _KC-30A Type Course
