Century 21 real estate is on a mission to grow and we are looking for a Business Growth Manager to join the team. The role is based in Queensland, and the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the prospecting and procurement of new businesses to our Century21 real estate network. Working alongside our experienced team of growth managers, you will need to be driven, well organised and have a strong background in franchise business growth and development.

You must be driven to succeed and have exceptional communication and presentation combined with high energy. You have a passion for real estate and a head for business. Having experience in building relationships and cold calling is an advantage.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in real estate, holds a current real estate licence or certificate, has the drive for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Procurement of new franchisees or individual licensed agents seeking new challenges to join the Century21 real estate network
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with all prospective franchisees
- Establish strong and sustainable relationships with all prospect Principals, Salespeople Operation and Business Managers
- Periodically work with existing Century 21 offices to provide and share your expertise and assist with service and training
- Build and maintain a strong and positive brand
- Populate and maintain a database of client contacts.

**Required**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development role
- Proven success in delivering on sales objectives
- Strong background in franchise business
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Ability to work autonomously.
