Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for digital transformation and a talent for building impactful solutions? We're looking for a dynamic Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team as we embark on the next exciting phase of our growth
About the Role
Over the past five years, SSI has grown to support over 600 internal users with our Salesforce CRM system, implementing Non-Profit Cloud as a core solution for delivering excellent human services.
As we continue our exciting digital transformation, this role is key to successfully onboarding new programs and enhancing functionality for existing ones. You will be a vital link between our internal staff and the technical solutions, ensuring our Salesforce practice continues to grow and meet the evolving needs of our organization.
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Requirements Analysis: Define, document, and analyse business needs in consultation with our internal staff.
- Collaborative Solutions: Partner with our internal team and external partners to coordinate the building of new solutions.
- System Configuration: Configure Salesforce to meet user requirements using declarative tools, screen design, and security permissions.
- Training & Support: Develop training guides, assist with training, and provide support for users, especially during go-live and new feature rollouts.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with developing test cases and provide UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and gather feedback to suggest improvements.

About You
You're an experienced Salesforce professional who enjoys translating business needs into effective technical solutions. You're a natural collaborator, a great communicator, and are passionate about using technology to drive positive change.
**Essential criteria we're looking for**:

- A Bachelor's Degree and Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially in data models and architecture, Flows, and security management.
- Proven skills in change management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and create clear documentation.
