Central Park is Perth’s tallest Premium office building situated in the heart of the CBD, comprising 64,500m² of office accommodation over 47 levels and 1,783m² floor retail accommodation. There are currently 14 commercial and 10 retail tenants, and include many major corporate occupiers, including Rio Tinto, AEMO, Grant Thornton, Jones Day and St George Bank. Underground car parking is provided for over 1,000 cars and building amenities include a Park and tenant use only Fitness Centre and Conference Centre.
Central Park is managed by JLL, which is also a tenant in the building. JLL provides support and resources to the on-site Central Park Management (CPM) team.
What this job involves
JLL is seeking an Administration Manager to be based at Central Park in Perth's CBD. The Administration Manager will provide ongoing customer service and undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. You will greet all visitors and tenants with a positive and friendly attitude and assist with their enquiries through phone or face-to-face. This will ensure a smooth running of the office that will add contribution in driving sustainable growth.
**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Be the professional face of the client organisation
Reception receive and welcome visitors.
Answer telephone and redirect
Strong relationship building skills to converse with clients, building management, tenants, vendors and other external stakeholders
Maintain lease, contract and document movement and register
Schedule, attend, prepare agenda, and take minutes of staff and tenant meetings
Monitor car parking, liaising with Loading Dock to report illegal parking and contact tenant representatives as required.
You’ll have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in facilities or administration within a similar corporate high-volume environment. You’ll be a confident and highly presentable individual who presents a professional, corporate image who demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to customer service. We’re looking for a self-motivated starter who can work independently as well as in a team and has a proven ability to prioritise and manage the completion of tasks in an efficient and timely manner. This role requires someone who can effectively manage conflicting priorities. This is a diverse role, so if you're looking for a challenging and varied position then this is for you
