Flavorite is undergoing a high level of growth & to continue our focus on excellence in all facets of operations, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our leadership team.

The Picking Leading Hand is responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.

**About the role**:
There is more to fruit picking then you would think Although this can be a physical role, the people, culture, safety focus, continuous innovation, and learning really makes you jump of out bed every day

In this role you will be required to:

- Undertake picking to ensure target times are achieved
- Provide support to Picking Supervisor and staff
- Driving picking trolley
- Manage training schedule of all new picking recruits
- Perform higher duties in absence of Supervisor
- Patience and diversity awareness
- Planning & organisational skills
- Ability to follow procedures & instructions
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to differentiate between red, orange, yellow and green
