Join this wonderful EXCEEDING Centre in Sydney metro suburbs who are seeking a Cert 3,Diploma or ECT to work 4-5 days in an of the rooms of your choice
**.**

Be part of this wonderful Centre, who value their staff and assist with career progression, training and development. The Centre has long standing staff and a position has become open as an employee is going on maternity leave.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- Either an qualified Cert 3, Diploma or Early Childhood Degree recognised by ACECQA
- Experience working within a childcare centre and/or preschool
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative, team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Has a love for a curriculum based on nature and values the child as strong, capable and resilient
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box'
- Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Standards and Regulations
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
