We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Domain Developers team in our Sydney office. You will work closely with your allocated account managers and NSW Group Sales Manager to support a high performing culture. You will be required to develop relationships with clients directly and through media agency contacts and is a support function to a team predominantly in NSW but may require support of interstate teams from time to time.
**Who are you?**
- Collaborate closely with the account managers on the Development team to oversee the timely and successful completion of all client advertising campaigns.
- To provide ad campaign traffic management, avails management, and creative campaign setup, collaborate with the AdOps team. Run inventory reports and, where necessary, appropriately display the availability of ad slots.
- As necessary, assist clients with original inquiries.
- Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions for any creative problems.
- Report the campaign's performance and post-analysis findings to the team, along with any additional important lessons for the client.
- Assist the team in creating consistent, thorough campaigns and presenting weekly reports to clients.
- Develop or amend contracts, and prepare sales contracts on an Ad Hoc basis for account managers in the field.
- Conduct client onsite training sessions and manage client support for the Domain Agent Admin system.
- Upsell and revenue opportunities and alert the appropriate account manager.
- Inform the account manager of any possible cancellations of the subscription and help the account manager with agent admin avails.
- Respond to customer questions about Domain products
- Control the developer team's credits and assist clients with billing questions.
- Capacity to research, enter credits, and communicate with account managers.
- Work with the credit department on the account reconciliation
- Create strong connections, particularly with other account executives, account managers, AdOps and Domain Product teams.
- Create new procedures and infrastructure to assist the important stakeholders and take part in product and sales training.
