**About the role**
Empower individual clients with additional needs by teaching essential hospitality skills. Your guidance will help them build confidence and independence while contributing to meaningful community initiatives.
- **Assist clients with autism and complex disabilities in developing practical hospitality skills during 9 AM-4 PM shifts**:

- Prepare meals for Vinnies Kitchen to support individuals experiencing homelessness
- Perform dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment and storage areas
- Oversee food shopping, receive deliveries, and manage stock rotation
- Dedicate time daily to administrative tasks, including coordinating with Vinnies Kitchen

**About you**
- **Experience supporting individuals with autism and complex disabilities in a support worker role**:

- **Hands-on experience in cooking, food preparation, or kitchen maintenance**:

- Ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and external partners
- Capable of managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Eager to contribute to a cause that makes a tangible difference in the community
