We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join us in the dual role of Assistant Director/ Educational Leader. This role is unique, as it is entirely non-contact, giving you the opportunity to focus on mentoring and supporting educators, curriculum development, and the successful daily operations of the Centre.
**Day to day, you can**:

- Mentor, coach, and inspire educators through creative curriculum approaches and problem solving
- Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring we’re always at our best
- Bring curriculum to life with imaginative learning opportunities that spark creativity, curiosity, and wonder in children
- Collaborate with our National Learning, Research and Development Partners, engaging with cutting-edge resources and professional learning
- Showcase your strong time management, organisational, and communication skills while shining with a warm, compassionate leadership style

**About You**:

- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher
- A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Educational Leader
- Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
- National Police Clearance
- Proda ID
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
