**We are recruiting a regional Music and Play Coordinator**

**You must have a super smiley face that makes every child feel special and be totally comfortable at being a little bit silly from time to time The ability to sing in tune is NOT a requirement, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential**

Bop It Tots runs Music, Movement and Sensory Play Sessions across the Tweed and Gold Coast. We are looking for someone to join us to implement our program in ELCs and in commercial venues in and around the Tweed / Gold Coast.

You MUST be energetic enthusiastic, organised and most of all have a passion for the development of babies and toddlers.
- _Understand basic principles of childhood development and have a natural love for working with babies and toddlers _
- _Creative, positive, and energetic disposition_
- _Proficient with technology, including audiovisual devices _
- _Patient, kind and empathetic _
- _Punctual, organised and can think on your feet _
- _Friendly and natural communicator, bubbly and bright._
- _High standards for cleanliness and presentation._
- _Be able to run a program smoothly, giving everyone the best possible experience_
- _Be available to work school hours Monday - Friday_
- _Be confident to lead a group adults, babies or toddlers with singing, dancing and using instruments - supported by some recorded music_
- _Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care or ‘actively working towards’ would be an advantage_
- _Hold a Working with Children’s Check (or obtain one)_
- _Previous experience in a similar role/industry (childcare centre - OOSH - family day care - musical theatre ) would be an advantage_
- _Hold a current first aid accreditation and CPR (or obtain one)._
- _Hold Public Liability Insurance _

Working 2-5 days a week - flexible working hours, across various locations. You must be prepared to travel and be able to transport resources. This role will also require some work from home.

Minimum 40 weeks per year with long term stability. We are looking for someone to work with us long term and become a strong foundation in our team.
