We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Australia as our Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Consumer Electronics - B2B Air Solutions Team.
Join our team as a KAM and take charge of driving sales in the ever-evolving retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) air solutions industry. You will be at the forefront of our success, crafting and executing innovative sales plans while collaborating closely with key retail accounts to achieve unprecedented growth.
Role and Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for sell-in/sell-out with key accounts- Lead Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align account strategies with market needs.- Drive Account Net Sales results and optimize ROI by managing account investments and negotiating product terms and promotional plans, ensuring alignment with product strategy and national campaigns.- Manage ranging, existing SKUs and the launch of new products within your account (including distribution, promotion, display and training plan)- Manage regular forecasting with your account and the supply chain management team to ensure optimal forecast fulfilment and channel inventory level- Enhance retailer capability and drive in-store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities by planning and executing product training programs for staff, and by setting clear priorities and direction for State Managers and field teams.
Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and a hunger for sales- Proven ability to achieve sales targets within set deadlines- Consultative and influential selling style with an ability to sell technical products- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation
