**We will count on you to**:
This customer-focused administration team is responsible for the provision of quality administration services to employers via outbound calling. The primary purpose of this role is to respond to employer E-Commerce and SuperStream enquires related to our online products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively making outbound phone calls to BT Super employers to assist through complex SuperStream and contribution data queries related to our online employer platforms
- Support our online employer platforms to ensure data quality and functionality is maintained
- Assisting employers with file format errors and upgrading files where required
- Completion of daily and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Contribute to the overall team morale by maintaining professional and positive working relationships with work colleagues and adhering to Mercer policies and procedures
- Meet all compliance requirements, including timely reporting of identified compliance issues.
**What you need to have**:
**Education**
- VCE/HSC or equivalent
**Experience**
- Proven experience within an administration or customer service environment
- Superannuation experience (min 2 years)
- Involvement in a team environment preferred
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Phone-based customer service skills
- Computer skills (basic Excel, Word & typing skills)
- Attention to detail
- Process and task focused
- Solid understanding of superannuation processes relating to SuperStream and contributions
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Show initiative and contribute to a continuous improvement environment
- Enjoy working in a team environment
