**Position Summary**:

- Assist with the overall upkeep and cleanliness of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests such as linen delivery, guest room setups, and removal of items
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area to assist guests and exceed their expectations
- Support the timely turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies, removing soiled linens, and assisting Room Attendants as needed
- Ensure all equipment and housekeeping tools are well-maintained and stored properly
- Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across all assigned areas, with a strong attention to detail
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
- Help create memorable guest experiences through prompt service and a commitment to our legendary standards

**About You**:

- Experience in housekeeping at 5-star hotels or luxury properties
- Skilled in linen and stock distribution
- Self-driven, motivated, and organized
- Reliable in following through on guest and internal requests
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to meet job demands
- Able to work independently and on rotating AM/PM shifts
- Holds full working rights in Australia
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a positive, can-do attitude
