**About the Role...**

**Key responsibilities include...**
- Vacuum floors, hallways, restrooms and all public areas
- Collects soiled linen and restocks linen supplies on the floors and strips room when required
- Maintains housekeeping carts, guest amenities and stocks supplies to par levels
- Helps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning
- Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris and sanitized by sweeping & mopping floors.
- Maintains the car park entrance and hotel entrance
- Project work as directed
- Report maintenance requirements
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
- Using correct chemicals for cleaning purposes using safe work practices
- Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed

**To be successful in this role, you will have...**
- Previous work experience in a similar position (or willingness to learn).
- The ability to multi task and set your priorities
- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess strong organization and time management skills
- Be a team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
- Demonstrate honesty and reliability
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia

**About You...**

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

Houseman MUST be available Monday to Sunday (at least 4 to 5 days availability) on a rotating roster. Working hours will vary dependent on the hotel occupancy.
- Starting at $27/hr (Weekdays), $32 (Saturday) and $38 (Sundays) + Super

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $27.46 - $54.93 per hour
