**Bar Supervisor - Manila in Canberra**

**About the Role**

We’re searching for a confident, creative, and service-driven **Bar Supervisor** to lead our beverage program with personality and precision. From crafting ube martinis or calamansi mojitos to creating a vibrant bar experience, this role is key to how guests feel and connect at _Manila in Canberra_.

You’ll work closely with management to deliver great drinks, great vibes, and thoughtful hospitality in a space that celebrates Filipino culture.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Curate a vibrant beverage menu, including cocktails that complement our Filipino cuisine
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on wine and cocktail pairings
- Lead daily bar operations with efficiency and flair
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver warm, professional service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with RSA and health regulations
- Support events and promotions that elevate the bar experience
- Full working rights in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and service quality
- Manage stock, ordering, and cleanliness standards
- Train and inspire bar team members
- Collaborate on seasonal cocktail menus featuring Filipino ingredients
- Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies
- Contribute to guest engagement and an uplifting FOH atmosphere
