**The Offer**:

**Responsibilities**:
**Shift Leadership**:Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

**Team Management**:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30+ staff, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.

**Customer Service Excellence**:Ensure a high standard of customer service by setting an example and maintaining a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

**Operational Efficiency**: Monitor and manage restaurant and bar operations, including food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Staff Training**:Assist in training new staff members, developing their skills to uphold the establishment's service standards.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
