**The Role**
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to assist in the implementation of a whole of Defence ICT strategy?

Do you have exceptional data management and analytical skills that achieve high quality outcomes? We are seeking a professional and motivated individual to join the newly formed ICT Strategy Implementation Office (ICT SIO) as the ICT Strategy Performance Analyst.

You will report to the ICT Strategy Performance Lead and contribute to data management and analysis related to ICT Strategy implementation.

You will assist in the delivery of the Baseline Performance Model and support the on-going performance measurement of the ICT Strategy.

You will support the strategic planning function across strategy, planning and reporting.

You will contribute to identifying and collating data to assist with the development and maintenance of the benefits tracker, and reviewing business cases and Joint Capability Needs Statements to identify strategic objectives and outcomes.

**About our Team**
The ICT SIO is a newly formed function within ICT Strategy Realisation Branch and Chief Technology Officer Division that provides guidance and oversight of the Defence ICT Strategy.

This office is responsible for ICT strategy implementation management, performance reporting and ensuring that ICT initiatives within Chief Information Officer Group are executed and implemented in alignment with the ICT Strategy.

The team has a direct relationship with the whole of Defence including wider Chief Information Officer Group, other Defence Groups and Services and Defence Industry Partners to adopt a One Defence approach to achieving the goals of the ICT Strategy.

To succeed in this role you will:

- Be experience in policy development and analysis or an ability to demonstrate transferrable skills;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Be an experienced collaborator who engages proactively and creatively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Be experienced in collating information and supporting the development of reports with insights to support strategy management processes
- Be experienced at working in a changing environment and have the skills to remaining flexible, agile and adaptable in the face of changing priorities
- Be experienced at working under limited direction in relation to your area of expertise and be confident to raise complex or difficult issues with your team leaders.
