We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Practice Manager to run our Templestowe Lower clinic.

We have recently relocated into our brand new purpose built clinic in Templestowe Lower.

The Role: Practice Manager
- We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead the overall clinical and administrative team. Due to our large size you have additional support with dedicated Operations/IT/Accounts managers as an example.
- An accomplished communicator, you will thrive in a face-paced environment working alongside an established and close-knit team of dentists, nursing and admin staff.
- You must be able to demonstrate solid team management skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and work autonomously.
- You will ideally have a few years experience in managing a Dental Clinic and be looking for the next step. Dental Experience is not essential if you have significant management experience of a large team in a different field (20-40 staff)
- You must be able to work under pressure with excellent problem solving skills
- You are a natural leader who can train and motivate your staff to meet company wide-goals

- Previous management experience - whether Dental or otherwise is required
- The ability to thrive under pressure
- A positive attitude and drive to succeed
- Be open to learning and taking advice from the rest of the team so that the best form of each idea is implemented
- Very well presented with a professional demeanor
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisation of every facet of the business
- Demonstrated history of initiative
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (including professional phone manner)
- Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly
- Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff
- A team player with a pleasant and friendly personality
