**Role Overview**:
The Junior Operations Assistant is a key player in our operations team, entrusted with tasks that require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This role is more than just administrative; it involves engaging with various aspects of our operations, from data entry to supporting project initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate data entry and assist in data analysis.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and updating schedules.
- Support the exisiting Operations team with ad hoc tasks on a daily basis.
- Help implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Participate in problem-solving operational challenges.
- Facilitate communication between key individuals and clinics to ensure smooth operations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy and capable of learning new software quickly.
