**Insurance Broker Support**
The **Aon Client Services team (ACS)** is a business critical operating unit and a cornerstone of our drive to enhance customer experience With a presence in 6 locations across Australia, ACS provides best-in-class client service support across all market segments.
This role works with local client service team that supports Specialties Credit Solutions (Trade Credit and Surety) clients
This is a hybrid role working both from the office and home.

**What the day will look like**
Based at our Sydney CBD office you will be collaborating with Client Managers, Client Executives, and Account Executives across multiple sectors.
With excellent career advancement, and ongoing training opportunities, we are offering the chance for a highly motivated, committed and driven individual to progress into the position of Account Executive position.
**As part of the Aon Client Services team, you will be responsible for**:
- Responsible for assisting with client account portfolio management
- Working directly alongside Client Managers
- Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers
- Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting
- Managing quote slips and placing slips
- Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations
- Providing leadership and training to Service Specialists

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- **Relevant experience working within the commercial Insurance Sector as a broker or similar
- Comparable client account management or broking experience
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Desire to develop skills and knowledge set through ongoing training
- Tier 1 qualifications would be desirable
